Streaks, smears, drip marks down the wall — most window cleaning is half-finished work that looks fine for a day. Ours doesn’t.
We use pure water reach-and-wash systems for first-floor and above, which means no detergent residue, no streaks, and no ladders against your gutters. Ground floor and interiors are done by hand to a higher standard than typical residential rounds.
What’s covered
Every clean includes the glass, the frame, and the sill — inside and out. Conservatory roofs and skylights are treated separately and quoted on access. Commercial frontages and shop windows are cleaned outside trading hours by arrangement.
Regular contracts
Most landlords benefit from a 4 or 8-weekly contract per property. Estate agents we work with have us on rolling contracts for portfolio rounds. One-off pre-letting or pre-sale cleans are available with same-week turnaround in most cases.
