We're a multi-service property management and maintenance company dedicated to making property ownership simple, stress-free, and profitable.

Why we exist

Most landlords end up managing five or six different contractors — one for cleaning, one for gas, another for the garden, a fourth for repairs, a fifth for the EPC. Each one quotes separately, schedules separately, invoices separately, and disappears separately when something goes wrong.

We do it differently. One company, one point of contact, every service under one roof. You know who to call. You know who's coming. You know the work will get done.

How we work

We combine professional expertise with a hands-on approach: digital reporting, transparent pricing, industry-standard compliance, and the kind of communication that's increasingly hard to find — phone calls answered, emails returned, jobs completed when we said they would be.

Maria's background is in people and change management, with direct experience in property management services and with previous roles in recruitment, financial and legal services. At All Stop Property she handles the people side of the business — contractors, tenant communications, and day-to-day operations. She is trilingual in English, Spanish and Italian.

Simon is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with direct experience in property management services. His background covers commercial finance and general counsel work, and he looks after the commercial contracts and strategic relationships.

During business hours, in person. After hours, the emergency line is monitored.

If we book you in for Tuesday, we're there Tuesday. If something changes, you hear from us first.

We quote what we charge

Fixed fees on most services. If a quote needs to change, you approve it before work starts.

We finish the job

Including the bits no one else wants to do. Photos on file. Defects reported.
