A bad clean costs you money — failed check-outs, deposit disputes, lost viewings, slow void periods. We don’t do bad cleans.
Our team specialises in the kind of work landlords and investors actually need: end-of-tenancy turnarounds where the deposit is on the line, investor deep cleans before a sale where every room has to photograph well, and the unglamorous post-trade cleans after a refurbishment that nobody else wants to do.
What’s included
Every end-of-tenancy clean covers oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, all kitchen units inside and out, bathrooms descaled top to bottom, all hard floors mopped, all carpets vacuumed, skirtings and door frames wiped, light fittings dusted, and windows cleaned internally. We document everything with before-and-after photos so if the deposit is ever disputed, the evidence is on file.
For investors
Pre-sale deep cleans are a different job. The brief is to make the property show as well as it possibly can — that means addressing the things prospective buyers actually notice: limescale on shower screens, grout, oven interiors, the underside of toilet rims, light switches, door handles. We pair the clean with light staging if needed.
Fast turnarounds
Most end-of-tenancy cleans booked before 10am can be completed same-day or next-day. Investor cleans are usually 2–3 days notice. We carry our own equipment and chemicals — no waiting on supplies.
