Pre-sale deep cleans
The single highest-leverage thing you can do before listing is a proper deep clean. Not a wipe-down — a deep clean. Limescale removed from shower screens, oven interiors degreased, grout treated, light switches and door handles wiped. Properties that photograph well sell faster and at higher prices. We've cleaned hundreds.
Post-trade clear and clean
After the trades have finished, there's always a layer of dust, paint splatter, sealant smears, and rubble that nobody wants to deal with. We do — fast. Same-week turnaround on most projects, including builders' rubble removal where required.
Staging support
Light staging — neutral linens, plants, a few well-chosen pieces — adds noticeably to viewing-to-offer conversion. We work with a local staging partner for full-property setups, or handle the basics ourselves for tighter budgets.
Condition reports before you buy
For investors considering a deal, we offer pre-purchase condition reports — what a buyer's surveyor is likely to flag, what the realistic refurbishment cost looks like, and whether the deal stacks up at the asking price. Often pays for itself before you've even exchanged.
