Know what your property is actually worth
There is a real difference between an estate agent’s “what they hope it’ll go for” valuation and a RICS Red Book valuation. We provide both — and we tell you which one you actually need.
RICS Red Book valuations
For probate, matrimonial proceedings, tax planning, secured lending, or any other formal purpose, you need a Red Book valuation by a RICS-qualified surveyor. We deliver these through our partner network of local RICS members. Reports are typically issued within 5 working days of the inspection.
Estate agent valuations
For sale or let purposes, where you want a current market figure to set an asking price or rent, we provide free no-obligation valuations. These aren’t formal — they’re an experienced view of what your property would actually achieve in the current local market, with comparable evidence to back the number up.
Investment appraisals
If you’re considering a buy-to-let or flip, we provide gross/net yield analysis, refurbishment cost estimates, target market positioning, and an honest assessment of whether the deal stacks up. We’ve seen enough deals not to dress up bad ones.
Pre-sale condition reports
Before listing a property for sale, a condition report tells you what a buyer’s surveyor is likely to flag — and gives you the chance to fix it (or price it in) before it derails the transaction. Often pays for itself many times over.
