Our tenant turnover service is built around one number: 48 hours. That’s the typical time from when the previous tenant hands back the keys to when your property is genuinely ready for the next viewing — cleaned, photographed, repaired, inventoried, compliant.
What’s covered
The standard turnover includes a full deep clean, inventory update with new photo evidence, garden tidy if applicable, smoke and CO alarm tests, a compliance check (so you know whether the gas safety needs renewing before the next tenancy), and key handover with meter readings. Minor decorative touch-ups — scuffed walls, broken blind cords, missing lightbulbs — are included.
What’s quoted separately
Anything bigger: full repaints, carpet replacement, appliance repairs, or anything requiring a tradesperson. We’ll quote these on the inspection, and where you authorise them they’re folded into the same job so the property is genuinely ready when we hand it back.

A property that’s clean and well-presented lets faster, attracts better tenants, and rents for more. A scrappy turnover costs you both ways: longer void, lower rent, and more likely to attract someone who’ll treat it the way they found it.
